Historical and beautiful with a friendly atmosphere, the town is divided by the famous gorge which is internationally known as "The New Bridge" and joins the old and the new part of town.	.
	The strategic place where Ronda is situated was occupied by several civilizations through spanish history. Iberians, romans, muslims stayed in Ronda for years.
Ernest Hemingway, Orson Welles (whose ashes are deposited in a villa in the town), amongs other famous people, made Ronda the subject of their poems and "memoirs", as Rainer Maria Rilke who named Ronda as "The Town of Your Dreams".
	You can also visit the "Real Maestranza de Caballería de Ronda" which is the oldest bullring in the world, it was built in 1782 and the first bullfight was performed by Pedro and José Romero.
The city of Ronda is in the middle of three Natural Parks. You can enjoy  the beautiful villages around Ronda in a very special and calm environment.
