25% of the amount of the booking must be paid to the account number that will be given to you in the confirmation e-mail. The booking will be confirmed when the payment has been made. We would like to remind you that, according to the cancelation policy, you're allowed to cancel your booking, without any charge, as long as this cancelation is made 15 days before your arrival to Casa Epi. If the cancelattion is made within the 15 days before arrival we will keep 25% of the payment. If the cancelattion is made within the 72 hours before arrival we will keep 100% of the payment. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your booking, within 24 hours, after the payment. This e-mail is the one you have to presente at your arrival, so if you, for some reason, don't receive it please contact us as soos as posible.
